"Lady Muk"-  (under consideration for purchase) 

Lady Muk is a mid size, 7 berth houseboat containing 3 sleeping cabins (2 double beds, 1 x 3 bunk), a front lounge, kitchen & dining area, shower and toilet rooms, a large top deck with sun shelter and powered by 2 x 50HP Yamaha Outboards. It is currently operating as a hire houseboat out of Renmark but will be relocated to the ANC Campus at Kia Marina near Mannum as soon as the purchase arrangements have been completed.

Members who wish to have exclusive use of the boat will need to hold or rent 7 licences from the college for each night of use. The current berth rental rate is $25 per night. Members using the boat will be required to pay all operating and services costs for their use of the boat. These will be detailed later. Access to the boat will be available at 5:00pm for the first night and must be returned to the college no later than 12:00noon on the last day. Only members approved by the college are permitted to skipper the boat.

E.G. For a loan-licence investment of $4,900 members can have use of "Lady Muk" for 1 week each year, paying only the recurrent, service and fuel costs - - - AND sell their interest through the college alumni to recover their capital when no longer wanted.
